Demand for sanatorium-and-spa care has grown in Bashkiria

The top ten regions of Russia for sanatorium-and-spa care this spring include Crimea, Sochi, Kislovodsk, Anapa, Essentuki, Pyatigorsk, Zheleznovodsk, Gelendzhik, Bashkortostan, and the Altai Republic, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the data of the TurStat website.

At the same time, over the year, the demand for spring holidays in sanatoriums grew by 5%. According to Kommersant, “the largest increase in demand for spring breaks in 2020 was recorded in the Perm Territory. It was 80% there. The second place went to the Sverdlovsk region (+ 70%). Bashkortostan closes the top three (+ 26%). Tatarstan took the fifth line here”.
