Bashkiria help its residents stuck on border due to coronavirus to return home

Bashkiria authorities are returning home residents of the republic, who have stuck on the border between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, which is closed for the prevention of coronavirus. A problematic situation became known from the media. These people were removed from the train due to quarantine. Representatives of the executive office of the Head of the Republic contacted the consulate and Embassy of Russia in Kazakhstan and resolved the diplomatic procedures.
Now a group of 15 residents of Bashkortostan, including a 70-year-old woman, is transported from the Kazakh-Uzbek border by bus to the city of Aktobe, then to Sol-Iletsk on the border with the Orenburg region.
The Bashkir side sends a bus to Sol-Iletsk to meet them, pick them up, and take them to Ufa.
Kurultay of Bashkirs in Kazakhstan actively joined this story - fellow countrymen are ready to meet the group and provide the necessary assistance in Aktobe.
