Russia will limit air traffic with Germany, Spain, France, and Italy since March 13

Russia will temporarily limit passenger air travel to several European countries due to the coronavirus pandemic, RIA Novosti reported.

The restrictions will take effect at midnight on March 13 and will include flights to France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and vice versa.

Meanwhile, flights will continue to the capitals of these countries, as well as to Munich, Frankfurt, and Barcelona through terminal F Sheremetyevo.

Besides, charter transport will continue for the delivery of their citizens and other foreigners to these countries, as well as for transporting Russians to their homeland.

According to the latest data, 118 thousand people in 114 countries have already contracted the new coronavirus. About 4.3 thousand people died.

The World Health Organization has announced the coronavirus pandemic.
