4 doctors from Bashkiria became finalists of “Leaders of Russia 2020” competition

Four doctors from Bashkiria became finalists of the "Leaders of Russia 2020" competition in the specialization "Healthcare".

237 participants from 54 regions of Russia took part in the semi-final of the competition. Among them, nine doctors from Bashkortostan. On March 1 and 2, evaluation activities took place. Contestants participated in trials, discussions, business games, master classes, and strategic sessions.

100 finalists were identified following the events. 13 finalists represented the Volga Federal District from 9 regions, including 4 contestants from our republic - the head of the admission department of the Republican Clinical Perinatal Center Dinar Gabdrakhmanov, Gulnara Idrisova and Bogdan Oleinik (Republican Cardiocenter), Artem Izosimov (Bashkir State Medical University). Now the participants will pass the final tests. 30 people will become winners in this specialization, 10 of them will go to the super finals of the "Leaders of Russia" competition, organizers report.

The "Leaders of Russia" competition is implemented by the autonomous non-profit organization "Russia is a country of opportunities" on behalf of the President of Russia and is the flagship project of the platform of the same name, which brings together 23 projects. The competition is supported by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The objectives of the competition are to identify, develop, and support promising leaders with a high level of leadership qualities and managerial competencies. More than 150 Russian Leaders received high positions: two of them became governors, five became deputy federal ministers for two years.
