There is no threat of contracting coronavirus through parcels - World Health Organization
The World Health Organization considers parcels from the area of China with the outbreak of coronavirus (2019 nCoV) as safe.
The organization notes that the survival time of the 2019 nCoV virus on surfaces has not yet been accurately established, but it is assumed that in this parameter, it is similar to other representatives of the coronavirus family.
According to studies, Rusbase reports that the virus remains viable on surfaces from several hours to several days. The exact timing depends on several conditions: surface type, temperature, and humidity.
It is also emphasized that the trading platforms in China warn that ordered goods might be delayed due to the current situation with the coronavirus. For example, AliExpress on social media reports that the problem is logistics.

Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency informed that 100-thousand reserve of protective masks due to coronavirus would be created in Bashkiria.
