Head of Bashkiria will address Russian president with important issue

At a meeting of the Ufa City Council on March 4, the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, reminded those present that Ufa would have its 450th anniversary ahead. Radiy Khabirov will appeal to President Vladimir Putin about signing the corresponding decree.

“This is an important date. I will certainly raise the question before the president of our country about signing the decree. We are now preparing the necessary documents, we will submit them to the administration of our president. This issue must already be prepared, without waiting for a decree. The government of the republic, of course, is ready to provide assistance. We should think about how Ufa will celebrate this wonderful holiday. It will be in 2024. 450 years is, of course, not 500, not 1000 years, but I propose to set forth some solution and move on”, said the Head of the Region.

He also added that Ufa was getting out its “financial and economic decline” of previous years:

“If you take the financial and economic condition of the city, remember how it was: huge multi-million, multi-billion debt. The Government RB and the Ufa administration, working jointly, have solved this problem during this year”.
