Number of entrepreneurially-inclined women has increased in Bashkiria

The number of participants from Bashkiria in the contest "Uspeh" (Success) by the "Business Women" organization is growing. It was announced at a press conference at the Bashinform News Agency.
The All-Russian Businesswomen Contest "Uspeh" is held throughout the year to increase the role of entrepreneurial, socially active women in the life of the state and society, female participation in solving regional development problems.
According to Aida Salimova, executive director of the "Business Women of Russia" regional branch, owner of the "Loving Hearts" family club, on average, 20-25 girls of the republic reach the final of the contest annually. In 2018, ten people from Bashkiria reached the national final of more than 60 participants across the country.
The anniversary All-Russian contest of businesswomen "Uspeh" is being held for the fifteenth time both in the republic and in the country.
Elina Sovalova, PR director of the"Business Women" regional branch, editor, and owner of the all-Russian Magazine "Maminy Istorii", noted that the participants came with unusual stories, from which new projects were born.
The winners of the competition are selected according to the main criteria - personal qualities, business reputation, financial influence, social activity, harmony in family relationships, organizational skills and level of thinking, the ability to work in a team, the ability to generate new ideas, adaptability (the ability to meet modern trends and requirements), responsiveness to changing market conditions, image, attractiveness.
