Radiy Khabirov laid wreath at mass grave in Shafranovo

The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, as part of his working trip to the Alsheevsky region, laid a wreath at the monument, which was installed on the mass grave in the village of Shafranovo. 369 Soviet soldiers of the Great Patriotic War, three soldiers of the Afghan war were buried here.
In Shafranovo during the war years from 1942, an evacuation hospital operated for wounded soldiers brought here from the battlefield. In 1972, 369 memorial plates were erected here with the names of soldiers, dates of birth and date of death, rank. The monument was reconstructed last year.
Radiy Khabirov met with the veteran of the Great Patriotic War Rashit Gubaidullin. In March of the 44th, Rashit Gubaidullin was drafted into the army and sent to the Transcaucasian Front. His service began in the fifth regiment of the balloon barrage, then in the anti-aircraft artillery.
Currently, the veteran, resident of the village of Raevsky, actively participates in social events, meets with schoolchildren. He was awarded the orders of the Patriotic War, medals “For Victory over Germany,” “For Military Merits,” “For Victory over Japan,” “For Labor Valor” and many others.
Radiy Khabirov invited the veteran to Ufa to participate in the Victory Day parade on May 9, wished him good health, high spirits, and presented him with a large TV.
