Radiy Khabirov to students: We are waiting for you at home

The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov during a video conference appealed to students who study outside the republic and today have come home to participate in the Students-Fellow Countrymen Forum - #DOMA. The event takes place in the Ufa Congress Hall "Toratau". About 1000 students from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Magnitogorsk, Orenburg, Samara, Perm, Khanty-Mansiysk, Almetyevsk, Surgut, and from universities in Bashkortostan arrived at the forum.

"Today you are getting a good education outside the republic so that later you will return home as highly qualified specialists. I instructed the government to prepare a plan on supporting our students most effectively. Already now, we have paid internships with further employment, relocation allowances, and grants for young professionals. We help with the purchase of housing. However, you are coming back not only for these pleasant bonuses. I myself worked for many years far from home. It helped me gain much experience. But I always dreamed of returning. Moreover, I became happy here - at home. So after finishing your studies, we are waiting for all of you here, at home," said Radiy Khabirov.

In the morning, heads of relevant ministries met with students at 11 sites and spoke about support measures available for young specialists.

More than 500 vacancies have been presented to students at interactive sites of the forum by more than 50 organizations and enterprises of Bashkortostan. Among the companies, there were such major enterprises as UEC-UMPO PJSC, PAKER Research and Production Company, Gazprom Transgaz Ufa LLC, AK VNZM PJSC, PJSOC Bashneft, LUKOIL-Uralnefteprodukt LLC, BashIncom.

Within the framework of the forum, internship certificates in regional executive bodies and the executive office of the Head of the Republic are also raffled off.

Online networking platform allows forum participants to communicate, ask online questions to speakers, conduct questionnaires.

At this moment, First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Nazarov, his colleagues in the government, and the chief of staff of the head of the republic, Alexander Sidyakin, are talking with students.
