Birth rate continues to decrease in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the birth rate continues to fall; over 83.2 million rubles will be allocated to stimulate it.
Thus, for 11 months of 2019, 38 690 children were born in the republic. It is 4 720 babies less compared to the same period in 2018. Then 47,010 new residents of Bashkortostan were born, in 2017 the number of children born was more than 2,305.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection RB Lenara Ivanova, it is planned to allocate 83.2 million rubles from the budget for the use of assisted reproductive technologies ( IVF), as well as cryo-transfer of embryos, to organize pre-abortion counseling for women, primarily in private clinics. It is also planned to start a free medical examination of young married couples, from the moment of filing an application with the registry office.
