Mothers with many children will be awarded Motherhood Medal in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, women with five or more children will be awarded the Motherhood Medal. The corresponding decree is published on the official Internet portal of legal information of Bashkiria.

50 women from Karaidelsky, Karmaskalinsky, Krasnokamsky, Kugarchinsky, Kuyurgazinsky, Nurimanovsky, Salavatsky, Sterlibashevsky, Sterlitamaksky, Tatyshlinsky, Khaibullinsky, Sharansky and Yanaulsky districts, as well as residents of Kumertau, Neftekamsk, Sterlitamak, and Ufa, will be awarded.

The award also implies a cash bonus (8.7 thousand rubles, net of tax).

The medal was established in 1998. During this time, more than 8 thousand mothers were awarded it. 300 women were awarded medals in 2019.

In total, more than 46 thousand mothers with many children live in the republic.
