Trails to Mount Iremel will be marked in Bashkiria

A decision on marking trails was made at the fourth Digital Kurultay conference, following the intention to build roads to Mount Iremel from Beloretsk and Uchaly.

"This year, we will create a volunteer group, and together with the mastermind of this idea and the organizer of Digital Kurultay Rais Gabitov, we will begin to mark trails so that people already begin to hike over these places. First, a trail appears, then a road, and then a business emerges", said Salavat Nafikov, Chairman of the Bashkir State Committee for Tourism.

Besides, there is an intention to make the "Bannoe" resort a multisports resort in Russia. According to Director Yegor Kozhaev, it will be an ideal place for networking, training, a place to create a personal health card and receive a spa treatment.

The Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Kaliningrad Region Andrei Yermak also took part in the panel discussion. The guest of Bashkiria believes that there is no definite answer to what is more important - the infrastructure of the territory in order to attract tourism or attraction, and only after it - the infrastructure and the appearance of investors.

"Our region was lucky - we hosted the World Cup, we have the opportunity to attract federal money; besides, we have a ministry of both culture and tourism, and we can afford to achieve a synergistic effect using both possibilities", the invited speaker noted.
