Share of medical complaints in “Incident” system decreased by 38% in Bashkiria

UFA, 27 December 2019. /Bashinform News Agency, Azat Gizatullin/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/.
From November 1, 2018, to December 26 of the current year, 4,432 complaints were received by the "Incident" system regarding healthcare issues. The head of the republic’s department for social communications, Elena Prochakovskaya, noted at the “Healthcare Hour” visiting session, which was held today at the Kuvatov Regional Clinical Hospital, that in November last year the topic “healthcare” was in the first place. Now (as of December 26) it is on the 6th. At the same time, the share of medical complaints in the total number of complaints a year ago was 45%, and in November 2019, only 7 percent (a decrease of 38%).
One of the main problems in healthcare, which residents of the republic complained about, was the lack of medical personnel (27% of the total number of requests). Over the year, due to the personal attention of Radiy Khabirov, it was managed to stop the negative trend in this area.
The Head of the Republic noted that this year the increase in doctors and paramedics amounted to 400 people. However, according to him, it is necessary to continue active work in this direction.
Another problem that worried the residents of Bashkortostan was the lack of medical facilities. The number of calls on this topic was the maximum in November 2018. The share of this topic in the total number of health complaints was 18% in November last year, and during the year it decreased exactly by half. This year alone, thanks to the “Healthcare” national project and measures taken by the leadership of the republic, 50 stationary midwifery stations were built in Bashkortostan, more than 20 mobile medical complexes were purchased.
The situation with healthcare in the republic is developing dynamically and positively. We can see significant changes for incomplete 2019. The Minister of Health of Russia Veronika Skvortsova told about this in an interview with reporters during her visit to Ufa on November 29.
In 2020, 91 new midwifery health stations will be commissioned in Bashkortostan. 72 dilapidated stations will be replaced, of which 57 at the expense of the federal budget. Thirteen rural stations are already under construction as part of the Republican targeted investment program. Six more stations will be erected under the federal target program “Sustainable Development of Rural Areas”.
