5 modern workshops opened at Aksenovsky agroindustrial college in Bashkiria

Five modern workshops have opened at the Aksenovsky agroindustrial college in Bashkiria, the press service of the Ministry of Education RB reports.

The college became a recipient of a grant from the federal budget for the modernization of the facilities.

In the framework of the project, workshops with the following competencies are equipped: agronomy, agricultural biotechnology, city farming, operation of agricultural machines, veterinary medicine.

The list of purchased educational laboratory and educational equipment, software and methodological support of the educational process meets the requirements of WorldSkills standards for each competency. Unique and modern equipment was purchased, which is being introduced and planned for implementation in agricultural production in the coming years.

More than 47 million rubles were attracted to equip the workshops, of which over 35 million from the federal budget, 9.6 million from the regional budget, and 2 million of own extra-budgetary funds.

Modernization of secondary vocational education in the republic is being carried out as part of the federal project "Young Professionals" of the national project "Education". In accordance with this project, the infrastructure of colleges is being updated; by 2024, five thousand workshops equipped according to modern standards, including WorldSkills standards, will open in the country.
