Bashkiria named one of most active regions for participation in "Leaders of Russia" competition

The Republic of Bashkortostan is one of the ten most active regions of involvement in the "Leaders of Russia" competition. Alexei Komissarov, the General Director of "Rossiya – Strana Vozmozhnostei" (Russia is a Land of Opportunity) non-profit organization stated this at a meeting with the winners of the "Leaders of Bashkortostan" competition, which was held yesterday in the "Toratau" Congress Hall.

Over the three years of the existence of the "Leaders of Russia", more than 18 thousand applications for participation were submitted from the republic. Nine people became finalists of two seasons, two - winners. It is currently known about the appointment of Tatyana Saenko as the chief of the department of the Head of the Republic RB for public service and personnel policy issues. Among the “Leaders of Bashkortostan”, Arthur Kurmanov was appointed the deputy general director for development at “Bashkiravtodor” JSC.

Since this year, the “Leaders of Russia” competition has undergone changes: in addition to leadership qualities, professional competencies in three areas are evaluated: healthcare, science, finance, and technology. In the first two professional tracks, customers are the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, respectively, in the third - Sberbank. In the future, additional tracks may be introduced.

According to the curator of the "Leaders of Bashkortostan" competition, the chief of staff of the Head of the Republic, Alexander Sidyakin, the appointment of contestants sometimes causes resistance in the system, and this also should be taken into account.
