Bashkiria Emergencies Ministry warns of strong gusts of wind and blizzard

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Bashkiria warns residents of the region about the deterioration of weather conditions. According to weather forecasts, from December 11 to 12, cloudy weather with sunny periods is expected in the republic. At night, snow, occasional snowstorms, snowdrifts on the roads, with light snow showers in the south are predicted. In the afternoon, light snow, occasional blizzards. Wind will be northwestern and western 9-14 m/s, with gusts up to 17 m/s. The temperatures at night and day will be -2, -7 C, in places with lows of -7, -12 C.

On highways, snowdrifts in places, snowfall, deterioration of visibility during snow, snowstorms up to 1-2 km are expected.
