School for 400 children will open after reconstruction in Krasnokholmsky village in January 2020

Reconstruction of the Krasnokholmsky secondary school No. 2 of the Kaltasinsky district was started in 2017. It is one of the 100-anniversary facilities for the centenary celebration of Bashkortostan formation. The director of the educational institution, Elena Nurova, explained that the school was meant for 400 children, and in total 295 pupils in 15 classes currently studied there. The estimated cost of the facility is 154.5 million rubles, including construction and installation works - 121.2 million, the cost of equipment - 23.1 million rubles. All works are almost completed at the school, and it will start operating from the second half of the school year.

Radiy Khabirov advised the district authorities to use more actively the opportunities of federal and republican teacher personnel programs for solving HR issues. Recall that in Bashkortostan, grants are issued for young teachers working in rural areas. According to the document, from July 1, 2019, 100 annual grants in the amount of 600 thousand rubles each were established.

In February 2019, in a message to the Federal Assembly, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed, by analogy with the current “Zemsky Doctor” (Local Doctor) program, to launch the “Zemsky Teacher” (Local Teacher)program for teachers moving to work in villages and small towns. It relates to rural settlements, workers' settlements, urban-type settlements or cities with a population of up to 50 thousand people. It is envisaged, in particular, to allocate to its participants 1 million rubles of relocation allowance without the need to pay personal income tax on this amount.

The school principal asked Radiy Khabirov to assist in the acquisition of interactive whiteboards for elementary classes, which were not provided for in the initial budget. A garage for school buses also requires repair. Radiy Khabirov gave the necessary instructions to address these issues.
