Veronika Skvortsova visited unified ambulance dispatch center in Ufa

Russian Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova visits the Unified Dispatch Center for Emergency Medicine in Ufa.
At present, dispatchers receive calls from Ufa and the Ufa region. 15 dispatchers are the shift on schedule.
According to Ayaz Kamalov, the chief physician of the ambulance station, the plans are to increase the call reception area.
They plan to divide Bashkiria into nine medical districts, and next year calls will come to Ufa from the Central (Ufa) District, which includes 16 municipalities.
When receiving a call, a task is formed and distributed among the substations.
Currently, on average in Ufa, 1,200 calls per day are received by the dispatching service, 3,200 calls are recorded in Bashkiria. The maximum number of calls is traditionally observed from 19 to 23.
Veronika Skvortsova was shown the work of tablets, with which the ambulance crews were equipped. All information about the patient is available to the doctors - chronic diseases, allergies, age. Also at the appointment, the emergency doctor fills in all the patient data that is available online in the RMIAS system.
The Minister talked with emergency doctors, inquired about their pressing problems and possible changes.
