Ambulance doctors will be paid additional 7 thousand rubles in Bashkiria

In the republic, doctors working in emergency medical care will begin to receive a monthly salary bonus of more than 7 thousand rubles, depending on the length of service. The Minister of Health of Bashkortostan Maxim Zabelin at the “Healthcare Hour” session, which was held today at the Ufa substation for emergency medical care, noted that the average salary of doctors working in the ambulance would exceed 60 thousand rubles, depending on the length of service and other factors.

Before the meeting, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov examined the operation of the substation, visited the operational dispatching room, where calls were received from residents.

According to the deputy chief doctor of the Ufa substation Alexander Stepanov, every day only in Ufa employees receive more than 3,000 calls, and in just over a year more than 4 million calls are recorded in Bashkortostan.

Now work is underway to create a unified information dispatching center, where all 03 calls will be received. Today you can track all the ambulance routes on the information board and special map, dispatchers regulate the routing of patients. When calls are received from one place, for example, during a mass accident or poisoning, all available cars are sent there, and patients receive timely assistance.

Another such backup center will be created in Sterlitamak. The Minister of Health of Bashkortostan Maxim Zabelin, speaking at the meeting, noted that 57 emergency departments worked in the republic, the number of teams remained at the same level. However, there were issues with their staffing. The staffing of ambulance teams with doctors is 54.5%, paramedics - 79.9%.

Due to assistance from the Government of the republic, 205 vehicles were purchased, which are already supplied with the necessary equipment. In total, 565 ambulance cars operate in the republic, about a third of the calls are served by the cars of outsourcing companies. The ambulance crews received 345 tablet computers with a mobile workstation installed; online, along the route to the place of call, they receive information about a patient and a patient's routing plan if necessary.

Maxim Zabelin noted that the federal standard for arriving at patients in 20 minutes is observed in 90% of calls. The republic is completing work on the development strategy for the ambulance service for 2020-2024.

Radiy Khabirov said that the republic would continue to provide all necessary assistance to the service. The head of the region noted that the ministry should form a positive attitude in the society towards medical workers, to award them with state awards of Russia and Bashkortostan.
