Radiy Khabirov signed decree on New Year celebration in Bashkortostan

The decree "On the celebration of the New Year 2020 in the Republic of Bashkortostan" was signed today by the Head of the republic Radiy Khabirov. It is published on the official Internet portal.

On December 20, 2019, the Republican New Year Children’s Party is organized at the Bashkortostan State Concert Hall. Students from educational institutions, winners of subject Olympiads and amateur competitions, laureates of amateur art festivals, children from military families and employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Bashkortostan who died in the line of duty, children from large poor families will be invited to the event from regions and cities of the republic as well as children with disabilities. All of them will be given New Year presents.

A three-day vacation is provided for children - participants of the Republican New Year Children’s Party. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan will provide their medical support.

New Year's gifts will be purchased for children under the age of 14 years old inclusively from families with five or more children under 18 years old. Material support will be provided to orphans and children left without parental care, studying at professional educational organizations.

The Press and Media Agency RB will produce printed materials and symbols dedicated to the New Year of 2020 and organize widespread press coverage of New Year's events. Cycles of publications and broadcasts will be prepared for children on New Year's holidays and school holidays.

In all places, public order, fire safety, the safety of organized transportation of children during mass New Year's events, as well as medical support, the implementation of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures must be ensured.

Expenses for the implementation of the decree will be carried out within budgetary and extra-budgetary sources.

It was recommended that the administrations of municipal districts and urban districts, at their own and borrowed funds, ensure the holding of New Year Children’s Parties with the delivery of New Year gifts to children with disabilities, children from poor families, orphans and children left without parental care, brought up in orphanages, social shelters and boarding facilities.
