Girls of 12 nationalities will take part in "Miss International - Ufa" beauty contest

An international ethnic beauty and talent contest "Miss International - Ufa-2019" is held in Ufa. The creative contest is organized for the second year in a row with grant funds from Rosmolodezh. This year the competition is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the House of Friendship of the Peoples of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The gala final of the competition will be held at the Bashkortostan State Concert Hall on November 18.

The competition involves girls from 18 to 28 years old - representatives of 12 nationalities living in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In anticipation of the project finale, a press conference was held at Bashinform News Agency.

This year, the organizing committee received 60 applications from girls of different nationalities. 12 contestants who will show the culture of 12 peoples of the world reached the final of the project. Representatives of Angola, Cuba, China, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, India, Kyrgyzstan, Chuvashia, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Russia will present their talents and beauty to the audience. All the girls are now preparing for the final of the project, participating in photo shoots, filming, undergoing training in choreography, vocals, acting, defile, and makeup.

Beauties came to the press conference in national costumes and brought their own home-cooked dishes.

The “Miss International - Ufa-2019” contest is held in three stages. A Grand Dance of Friendship to Bashkir music is planned at the gala concert. An intellectual competition in the knowledge of Bashkir culture is expected. There will be a show in stylized ethnic clothes from Veronika Martynova, a designer creating unique outfits. It is also planned to show 12 sports: each participant will come out with her own attribute in national sportswear.

The main prize of the competition for the Grand Prix holder is sewing a national costume at one of the Ufa ateliers. Among the prizes are also jewelry, gift cards for SPA salons, beauty salons. In the «Miss International — Ufa-2019» "VKontakte" group there is an open vote for the victory in the nomination "Miss Internet".

The names of the winners will be known at the gala concert at the Bashkortostan State Concert Hall on November 18. The beginning is at 7 pm.
