Specialists of Radiy Khabirov’s press service delivered reports at conference on Duma TV

Specialists of the press service of the head of Bashkortostan took part in the conference “Press service on social media”, organized by the parliamentary television of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly RF Duma TV.

The forum-seminar is organized to exchange experience. It gathered professionals working in the field of SMM-political science, who promote top officials on social media, form the image of state authorities, address appeals on Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte, and on other information channels.

Elena Prochakovskaya, chief of the Social Communications Department of the Head RB, the working group head on social media appeals, delivered a presentation on the success of the “Incident Management” system in the region and the stages of appeals processing.

According to Svetlana Anisimova, deputy chief editor of the Duma TV, the presentation of the press service of the head of Bashkiria aroused great interest among the participants of the conference. “Radiy Khabirov was very lucky with the team,” she said.

Over the past six months, over 155 thousand people have subscribed to the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov on various social media. His accounts hit over a million views weekly.

Residents of Bashkortostan apply to the Incident Management system on the issues of road repair, improvement, housing, and utility services, and healthcare. Most appeals come through the social network VKontakte. Working trips of the Head RB over the region are formed amongst other things based on requests from social networks.
