Ten Ufa enterprises have joined “Labor Productivity” national project

Ten enterprises have joined the “Labor Productivity and Employment Support” national project in the capital of Bashkiria. 953 employees undergo training in an integrated approach to enterprise digitalization, improve their qualifications in blue-collar and engineering professions, said the director of the Employment Center of Ufa Razina Nasyrova.

According to the speaker, this year, 18 thousand Ufa residents and 9 thousand employers asked for help in finding a job. Today, the vacancy bank has 105 thousand jobs, which is 20% more than in 2018.

In 2018, Bashkiria, together with 16 regions of the country, a pilot project on labor productivity is launched. Employees of the “Gidravlika” and “Steklonit” plants took advanced training in the modern management of production, information technology, and systems, automation of personnel technologies at a machine-building enterprise.

In 2020, as part of the "Demography" national project in Ufa, the "Promoting the Employment of Women - Creating Preschool Education for Children Under Three Years" federal project will begin. The project aims to increase the economic sustainability of families with children of preschool age, professional readaptation of mothers after parental leave, combining professional activities with family responsibilities, increasing the availability of preschool education for children.
