Temperature record in Ufa - warmest October day since 1948

Last week in Bashkiria turned out to be abnormally warm; the air temperature in the region exceeded the norm by 4-6 C.

Moreover, last Saturday, October 26, the absolute maximum was beaten in Ufa. The air temperature rose to +13.7 degrees at the Ufa-Dema weather station. The same warm weather was on this day 71 years ago, in October 1948. Thermometers bars showed 13 C then, the Bashkir Met Office reports.

In the last few days of October, residents of Bashkiria will already feel the approach of winter. It will become much colder, and snow cover will be established.
