Ultralight airplanes air show took place over Ufa for first time in 8 years

A unique air show was presented to the citizens and guests of the capital by the Pervushino team in honor of the 100th anniversary of the founding of Bashkiria. Three ultralight aircraft completed four sorties: the first flight with the colors of the flag of Russia and the demonstration of the “fan” figure, cross break up, the second - the passage with two-meter flags of the country and the republic.

The final sortie took place under the anthem of Bashkiria. According to Sergey Minigulov, this air show can be called unprecedented, since, for the first time in eight years, an air display team was allowed to fly over the city on ultralight airplanes.

“For the last three or four years we have been flying in different cities of the country: Yaroslavl, Kaluga, Omsk, Kazan, Leninogorsk, and in Bashkiria we were not allowed to fly for unknown reasons. And finally, with the advent of the new leadership, we presented our air show”, shared Sergey Minigulov.

Sergey Minigulov himself and six of his colleagues participated in a demonstration air show over Ufa: Eduard Zayanov, Airat Maksadov, Oksana Timofeeva, Vladimir Korovkin, Alexander Lynnik and Vasily Dementiev.

Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency reported that in honor of the 100th anniversary of the republic, Niagara Falls was light up in the colors of the Bashkir flag.
