Israeli doctors will examine disabled girl from Bashkiria with atypical appearance

Israeli doctors will examine a little Sofia Gizatullina from the village of Alatany in the Sterlitamaksky region. This was announced by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov during the 16th annual meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club.

“At the end of October, we invited Israeli doctors because the disease was quite complex and atypical. We will conduct a full examination, completely at the expense of the republic. We have such opportunities, and we will treat the girl”, TASS quoted Khabirov as saying.

The Bashinform News Agency reported that the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, promised to monitor personally the fate of two-year-old Sofia Gizatullina. It was also reported that the family of the child, now living in an old house without amenities, would be provided with a two-room apartment.

Earlier, members of one of the republican charitable foundations wrote that the two-year-old Sofia from the Sterlitamaksky region was refused in a place in kindergarten so that she would not frighten children there. On this fact, the regional prosecutor’s office initiated a review.
