Bashkiria gas specialists share their experience at St. Petersburg International Gas Forum

The management of Gazprom Transgaz Ufa LLC takes part in the congress program of the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum.

Shamil Sharipov, CEO of Gazprom Transgaz Ufa LLC, took part in a meeting on the readiness of PJSC Gazprom to the autumn-winter operation period. The Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee of PJSC Gazprom, a member of the Board of Directors of the company Vitaly Markelov led the meeting at the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum.

Much attention in the framework of the SPGF-2019 is given to the personnel and social policies of industry companies. The participants discussed issues of creating conditions for maintaining the health of employees in the course of labor activity, labor market trends, development of the labor and personal potential of co-workers, and modernization of corporate culture.

Dmitry Ponomarev, Deputy General Director for Human Resources of Gazprom Transgaz Ufa LLC, shared the experience of implementing joint training projects.

“The cooperation of the enterprise with higher educational institutions is formed issuing from present-day developments”, Dmitry Ponomarev emphasized in his speech. “We have identified the following priority tasks: improving the quality of education, training highly qualified personnel and retaining young specialists in the region.”

The basis of this interaction was the flagship departments of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University and Ufa State Aviation Technical University. Besides, a scientific and technical training center has been created at Gazprom Transgaz Ufa with the participation of universities, which represents a platform for intensive intellectual cooperation. This year the partnership also uses the potential of the federal research center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Representatives of Transneft PJSC, Gazprom Export LLC, Gazprom Corporate Institute and others delivered reports at the meeting.
