The head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov on social media told about changes in the health care system of the region. The head of the republic showed in pictures how a children's clinic in the city of Oktyabrsky would look after repairs. “We want children's institutions to look like children's ones, and not like barracks, as it often happened before. Its needless to say that functionally hospitals should also become more people-friendly”, he posted.

The head of the republic said that by the end of 2024 a new building of the Republican Cardiology Center, a Center for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology, a multifunctional hospital complex in Zaton neighborhood, two maternity hospitals in Birsk and Ishimbay, 12 outpatient clinics in the republic, three rural medical outpatient clinics, and 20 rural health posts will be built. 147 modular rural health posts will be purchased to replace 130 dilapidated rural medical posts.
