Problems of business undertaking development were discussed at business forum of SCO and BRICS countries

Plenary session “Interregional cooperation as a factor in business undertaking development in SCO and BRICS counties” has taken place within the frames of the business SCO and BRICS forum. Thus, acting deputy Prime-Minister of Government RB Andre Nazarov has pointed at large potential of small and medium business, which they should uncover. He suggested that for business activation one should open a club of business people. Besides, the unique Eurasian scientific-educational center will be opened in Bashkiria, as he reported. “We do hope this center will educate not only our students but also students from SCO and BRICS countries, from all over Eurasia” – Andre Nazarov said. In particular, acting deputy Prime-Minister offered to teach Brazil business people in Bashkiria free. He offered it after the ex-head of the National Bank for economic development of Brazil Luis Eduardo Melin had told about main problems in national economics, in particular about shortage of means for financing startups of small and medium business and about lack of financial competence. Besides, Andre Nazarov reported that during the forum signing of Business Charter was initiated. This step will give additional incentives for protection of business environment. The ombudsman for business rights Boris Titov has mentioned actual problem of business vulnerability from acting legislation and though some progress in this sphere can be watched, they should go further to lessen pressure on business. “Here we try and take the experience of our colleagues from Kazakhstan, because the reform, held in this country in business sphere, cut the number of criminal cases, connected with business several times, as a result of changes in the system of local law-enforcement bodies. This is the breakthrough, which we still fail to gain, but this s our future” – Boris Titov stated. “This is already the fifth forum and this the time when our quality – quality of dialogues and the level of mutual understanding begins turning to quantity and this is why we are all present here” – member of economic council under the President of Russia, co-chairman of “Business Russia” Alexei Repik said.
