Electronic cigarettes, vapes and hookahs tabooed for sale to kids in Bashkiria now

From now electronic cigarettes, hookahs, vapes, non-tobacco smoking mixtures and their analogues are tabooed for distribution among kids in Bashkiria. Republican deputies have passed the law concerning prohibition of sales of such goods to kids today. “In the nearest future corresponding amendments will be introduced into the Code RB about administrative violations of the law, which set responsibility for illegal sales of the abovementioned goods to kids” – chairman of State Council-Kurulray – RB Constantine Tolkachev explained – “At the same time situation, when veto on such sales is present, but nonetheless sales go on, still exists. But I do hope this state of things won’t last long”
