One of largest fires for 2019 season is localized in Bashkiria

One of the largest forest fires in the republic, registered this year, is located in the Zilairsky district.

As Bashinform News Agency reported earlier, a fire was discovered in the territory of the Yuldybaevskoe district forestry in an area of 10 hectares on July 30. During the day, its area grew to 76 hectares.

According to the Ministry of Forestry of Bashkiria, a fire was localized late in the evening of July 31. Extinguishing it now involves 92 people and 32 units of equipment.

Another forest fire is localized in the Burzyansky district, in the territory of the Beterinskoe district forestry. The fire damaged 10 hectares of forest. Seven people participate in the elimination of the fire, five units of special equipment are involved.

Meanwhile, on July 31, in the Zilairsky district, in the territory of the Kananikolskoe forestry, one forest fire was eliminated on an area of 9 hectares. 24 people and nine pieces of equipment extinguished it.

Today in most regions of the republic the first class of fire hazard is forecasted. The only exception was the Khaibullinsky district, where the third class of fire hazard is expected in the forests and Zilairsky district with the fourth class.

The fourth class of fire hazard means that forest fires occur even from insignificant sources of fire, spread rapidly and create additional small fire beds.

In the fifth class of fire hazard, natural fires occur from any open flame. Burning occurs intensively and the fire spreads rapidly.
