Smart receptions are launched in Bashkortostan hospitals

Smart reception wards are launched at the Republican Emergency Hospital, Children's Hospital No. 17 of Ufa, city hospitals No. 21 and 13, as well as the Beloretsk city hospital.

The Interim Minister of Health of Bashkortostan Maxim Zabelin at Healthcare Hour, which was held on July 17, said that patient flows were re-routed.

“The approximate cost of a “smart admission department” in our republican hospitals ranges from 500 million to 1 billion rubles, including operating rooms and heavy equipment. This is another level of medical services, which allows quickly determine the treatment approach of emergency patients, to route patients, improve the conditions in the reception ward”, said Maxim Zabelin.

On April 4, the head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, familiarized himself with the principle of “smart reception rooms” operation during an exit meeting in the Healthcare Hour format, which was held at the City Clinical Hospital No. 21.

The area of ​​such a center is conventionally divided into three zones: green, yellow and red. Patients who need resuscitation and surgery, their condition is serious, fall into the red zone. According to statistics they are accounted for about 10 percent. Patients in need of resuscitation are in the yellow zone — about 30 percent, about 60 percent of patients, who are ambulant, and there is no threat to life are in the green zone.
