Radiy Khabirov: “All real estate co-investors will receive their apartments in Bashkortostan”

In Bashkiria, there are more than eight thousand of defrauded real estate co-investors - the largest number in the Volga Federal District. Radiy Khabirov, the Acting Head of the republic, reported on this “difficult legacy” on his page on social networks.

“As I promised, all real estate co-investors will receive their apartments. We work on it regularly and consistently. We have a clear understanding of financial schemes and deadlines regarding most of the properties. We are still working on others. All cases are different. Most often it is criminal fecklessness or just a fraud. And the solution methods are also different. Thus sometimes we have to elicit legal apartments for the people” the head of the region wrote and addressed the real estate investors. “I ask you to be patient and trust us.”

As reported by the Bashinform News Agency, at the beginning of the week, Radiy Khabirov held a regular meeting in the format of "Construction Hour", dedicated to solving the problems of deceived real estate co-investors. Many technical and legal issues were discussed, including complex schemes for restoring the rights of real estate co-investors to the Milovsky Park and Serebryany Ruchey residential complexes.
