Bashkortostan will host “Tabyn” Music, Craft and Art Family festival

From July 12 to July 14, the First All-Russian Family Festival of Music, Crafts and Art "Tabyn" will be held in the Gafuriysky district near the village of Sait Baba.

This is the geographical center of the republic, the foothills of the Ural Mountains, the bank of the mountain river Zilim, surrounded by rocks, the territory of the settling of the powerful tribe Tabyn.

According to the Republican Ministry of Culture, a large open-air festival of traditions and cultures of different nations will gather at one venue bands, singers, and performers from all over Russia who use ethnic and authentic folklore material in their work. Masters of arts and crafts, folk crafts, artists, musicians, culinary masters will share their secrets with the guests of the festival and hold master classes.

In the afternoon, the festival site will turn into a craftsmen’s fair and a dance floor. Choreographers will share their skills and mastery with everyone who wishes - these are the rhythms of flamenco, the fascinating salsa dance, and the merry round dance.

The evening program will be presented with performances of bright and original musical performers from Ufa, Moscow, Orsk, Magnitogorsk, Orenburg, Yekaterinburg, and other cities. The night glow of balloons will decorate the evening on July 13. Several hot air balloons will rise into the night sky.

Master classes and games will be held for the youngest guests of the festival. Also, those who wish can ride specially trained horses, ride catamarans along the Zilim river, and make a small ascent to one of the closest cliffs - Ukly-kaya or Aktash.

The festival area will be non-alcoholic and non-smoking.
