All-Russian Congress on Mechanical Problems will be most numerous forum in Ufa

Ufa will host the 12th All-Russian Congress on the Fundamental Problems of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics on August 19-24. The Russian National Exhibition of Technical Achievements, the 4th All-Russian School of Young Mechanical Scientists and the session of the General Meeting of the Russian National Committee for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics will be held as part of it.

“Well-known foreign and Russian scientists are invited to participate in the Congress, about 1,500 people in total. We expect the Ufa Congress to become the most numerous scientific forum in the history of modern Russia,” said Alexander Sidyakin, chief of staff of the head of Bashkiria, at a meeting of the organizing committee in the Government RB.

The organizers of the scientific forum are the Russian National Committee on Theoretical and Applied Mechanics together with the Institute of Metals Superplasticity Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Bashkir State University, USATU, USPTU, BSPU, R.R. Mavlyutov Institute of Mechanics with the support of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Higher Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, the Government of Bashkortostan and the Academy of Sciences RB.
