Ufa scientist received VOIR Youth Prize for her invention

Elvina Galiyeva, a staff member at the Ufa Institute for Metal Superplasticity Problems RAS, became one of the laureates of the Youth Prize of the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Rationalizers (VOIR) for her contribution to scientific and technical progress with the project “Ni3Al-based intermetallic alloy” The laureates of the youth award receive an award of 50 thousand rubles.

The winners of the main nomination will receive 1 million rubles. This year, the main prize was awarded to a group of authors for creating unique 3D sensors - systems for the early detection of water leaks.

It was reported by the deputy chairman of the Committee of the Federation Council for Science, Education, and Culture, Liliya Gumerova. The Senator from Bashkiria notes that this year 702 applications were submitted from 38 Russian regions. 182 inventions, including the modernized “Samovar”, “Wave power plant”, “Drilling agents from peat”, “Telescopic screw-jack”, food salt substitute from vegetable raw materials “Green salt” passed the qualifying round.
