Details and features of International Security Meeting at "Toratau" Congress Hall in Ufa

In Ufa, the 10th International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues has ended. As previously reported, delegates from 119 countries discussed issues of hybrid threats, cyber attacks, terrorism, information security, and others.

The "Toratau" Congress Hall once again united representatives of different states within its walls. This time it displayed exhibition expositions and stands, a presentation screen, souvenirs.

At the exhibition, foreign delegations got acquainted with traffic control, face recognition, video surveillance, and video analytics systems.

These systems proved their reliability and efficiency during the World Cup in Russia in 2018, the safety of which was highly appreciated by the leadership of the international sports organizations and the guests of the World Cup.

The delegates learned about investment opportunities and the industrial potential of Bashkortostan at a special exhibition stand. It consisted of a presentation screen on which videos of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the socio-economic achievements of the region were shown.

The participants of the meeting saw the presentations “Pumping Investments!”, “Pumping Industry!”, “Pumping Republic!” and “The 100th anniversary of Bashkortostan”.

The investment map showing the areas of special economic development and special economic zones of Bashkortostan was demonstrated.

In the center of the stand was a model of the oil pumping unit, synchronized with the main screen.

Meetings and negotiations of representatives of power structures were held in special halls equipped with all necessary equipment: screens, a translation system, microphones.

Enterprises and law enforcement agencies presented to the meeting participants their developments in the field of security, as well as military products and innovations.

The press room was available for the media representatives. An exhibition of special vehicles was launched in front of the “Toratau” Congress Hall.
