Bashkortostan will receive 16 billion rubles for "Healthcare" national project

Bashkortostan will receive 16 billion rubles for the implementation of the "Healthcare" national project. The Interim Minister of Health of Bashkortostan Maxim Zabelin announced it in an interview with the TV channel BST.

“We have one goal - life expectancy should reach 78 years by 2024. The project is divided into eight segments: reducing deaths from circulatory diseases, malignant tumors and much more. The project “Lean Polyclinic” will also be replicated”, said Maxim Zabelin.

This project will also include children's clinics. All of them will improve their technical equipment: the premises will be repaired, and the equipment park will be updated - an X-ray and ultrasound will appear.

Maxim Zabelin spoke about plans for the reconstruction of the Republican Children’s Clinical Hospital, the construction of a pediatric oncology and hematology building.

“Radiy Khabirov personally supervises this project. He is constantly in touch with the Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova. There are plans to start construction in 2020-2021,” the department head informed.
