In Bashkortostan, a program to encourage district doctors, who will detect cardiovascular diseases at an early stage as part of the regular follow-up will be developed. Radiy Khabirov, the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, gave such an instruction to the regional Ministry of Public Health following the results of the “Health Hour” session, which took place at the Republican Cardiology Center yesterday.

“I am waiting for your suggestions within two weeks. We will allocate 40-50 million rubles for this in the budget. It can be tested as a pilot project in districts and cities, where there is a tendency of increased mortality from cardiovascular diseases. It is important to start from the primary care in this issue, ”said the head of the region.

Recall that since July 1, 2019, in Bashkortostan, the government decree on the incentives for doctors will come into force. Specialists who have detected the patient's precancerous condition or cancer at an early stage will receive a bonus of at least five thousand rubles.
