Ufa joined All-Russian project of active longevity

“Ufa Active Longevity” - under this name and motto a regular forum of representatives of the older generation will be held, organized by the Ufa City Council of Veterans in the City Palace of Culture on April 25.

The chairman of the Ufa City Council of Veterans, Rishat Faizrahmanov, told the Bashinform News Agency on the activities and goals of this public organization and the forum itself.

Ufa is the third city in Russia, after Moscow and St. Petersburg, that managed to get involved in the project, one of the priorities of which is to promote a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, the events are the most diverse - from morning fishing to veteran concerts, from various exhibitions to sports competitions and meetings with members of creative associations - theater figures, writers, journalists, the medical community.

Mentoring, vocational guidance, popularization of labor dynasties is another area of application of experience, activities of the older generation. These and other topics will be reflected on the stands in the lobby of the City Palace of Culture. Separately crafts by veterans will be exhibited. Counseling centers on social protection, employment, consumer rights protection, physical education and tourism, culture and art will also work here. Their colleagues from the Ufa, Chishmy, Blagoveshchensk, Iglino and Karmaskaly districts will come to visit the Ufa veterans.

Russia should confidently enter the club of the 80+ countries by the end of the next decade. At the same time, the duration of a healthy, active, full-fledged life should grow. The activity of the veteran organization of the capital of our republic and the forum "Ufa Active Longevity" is aimed at this goal.
