Bashkir students met with republic’s embassy leadership at MSIIR

An expanded meeting of the Bashkir Student Club was held at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MSIIR) of the Foreign Ministry of Russia with the participation of Acting Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan under President of the Russian Federation Roman Simanduev, MSIIR Vice-Rector for personnel work Vladimir Morozov, Advisor to the Plenipotentiary Representative RB Rishat Khalikov and Head of the Association of Students and Postgraduates in Moscow Azat Kazakbayev.

The speakers told students about the activities of the Plenipotentiary Representative Office of the Republic of Bashkortostan, discussed educational and social projects implemented by student associations established at Moscow universities, and the foreign policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan. So in the near future, the Bashkir representative offices will be opened in three countries - Austria, Turkey and Italy.

The Bashkir Student Club was established in 2016. Then, students from the Republic of Bashkortostan, studying at MSIIR, decided to unite into a small student community to participate in the public life of representatives of Bashkortostan in Moscow.

Currently, 34 students from the Republic of Bashkortostan are studying at MSIIR. Many of the students are already completing higher education in the Master's programs and soon plan to apply their knowledge in practice. In this regard, a report of the Adviser to the Representative RB Rishat Khalikov, whose professional activity is inextricably intertwined with international relations, was particularly important.

Such work is a vivid example of the interaction of the Bashkortostan community with young people, aiming at attracting young specialists to the republic and involving students from Bashkortostan in the community and the Representative Office activities.

In March of this year, a cooperation agreement was signed between MSIIR, the international institute of energy policy, Bashkir State University (BSU) and the Institute of Law of the BSU.
