Bashkiria National Museum can be visited on March 20 for free

In honor of the 100th anniversary of the republic formation, the National Museum of Bashkortostan announced "Doors Open Day" on March 20.

It was on this day that the Agreement on the establishment of the Bashkir Autonomous Republic as part of Soviet Russia was signed.

Visitors to the National Museum will be able to see for free the new exhibition devoted to the 1917 Revolution, the Civil War and the formation of Bashkortostan, learn about the lives of prominent people who stood at the origins of the republic and who led the opposing sides in the Civil War.

It also presents the complete sets of uniforms of the warring parties and the reconstruction of the form of the Bashkir army, a collection of weapons and firearms and bank notes of the time.

According to the National Museum RB, on March 20th, it will be possible to view the entire exposition of the museum free of charge. You can discover Bashkortostan in all its diversity: to be among the picturesque landscapes of nature of the native land, to make a journey through the history of the region from the middle ages to the end of the twentieth century, to get acquainted with the ethnography of the Bashkir people and other peoples of the republic.
