3 garbage disposal plants and 16 waste sorting plants will be built in Bashkiria until 2024

Until 2024, three waste disposal plants and 16 waste sorting complexes are planned to be built in Bashkiria. This is provided for by the Regional Project "Integrated System for the Treatment of Solid Municipal Waste" approved in the framework of the implementation of the "Ecology" national project in the republic.
According to Niyaz Fazylov, Deputy Minister of Ecology of Bashkortostan, an innovative complex for processing secondary resources with a capacity of 15,000 tons per year should appear in the Davlekanovo district. The volume of investment in the company will be 1,327 million rubles.
In Sterlitamak it is planned to build a plant for the deep processing of secondary raw materials with a capacity of 100 thousand tons per year, the volume of investments - 1,311.2 million rubles.
Also, an industrial and technological complex for MSW processing with a capacity of 40 thousand tons per year will be constructed in the city, the volume of investments - 266 million rubles.
In addition, in the next five years, 16 waste treatment facilities - waste sorting complexes should appear in the region. Four waste sorting complexes in the Duvan, Dyurtyuli, Yanaul, Blagovar districts of the republic are planned to be built with the involvement of the federal budget.
Currently, there are 35 MSW landfills, 14 waste sorting complexes in the republic.
