72 billion rubles are allocated to finance healthcare industry in Bashkiria in 2019

In 2019, funding for the healthcare industry in Bashkiria increased by 3 billion and amounts to 72 billion rubles, the Interim Minister of Health RB Maxim Zabelin reports.

“In 2018, the consolidated budget of the industry amounted to 69 billion rubles, including 17.6 billion rubles from the republican budget, 1.9 billion rubles from the federal budget. Almost 2 billion rubles were allocated from the regional budget to strengthen the material and technical base of healthcare institutions, ”said the head of the department.

In 78 institutions, a major overhaul was carried out, the reconstruction of the inpatient department of the republican psychotherapeutic center was completed, and a block boiler house was installed in the Yakty-Kul sanatorium. A polyclinic was built for 250 visits per shift in the village of Verkhneyarkeevo at the expense of extra-budgetary funds.

More than 482 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget to modernize the health care fleet of public health institutions, 176 ambulance cars were purchased, and 49 vehicles were received from the federal budget. Now the region still needs 140 ambulances.
