Frosts will briefly return to Bashkiria, with warm spell on weekends

On February 28, frosty weather is expected in Bashkiria. According to weather forecasters of the Bashkir Met Office, on Thursday in some regions of the republic, light snow, a blizzard and cold snap down to -20 C are expected.

“The wind will be southwestern, at night 3-8 m/s, in the daytime 7-12 m/s. The air temperature at night will drop to-9, -14 C, during the day -4, -9 C. It will be foggy in some parts of the roads in the morning, with visibility of 500 m and less”, reported the press service of the Republican Emergencies Ministry.

On the first spring weekend, March 2 and 3, a sharp warm spell is expected to +1 C. Snow is possible on Sunday night. However, by the end of the weekend, the thermometer bars will drop to -6 C.
