Direct flights are launched from Ufa to Baku

Since May 12, residents of Bashkortostan will be able to use direct flights from Ufa to Baku. The flights will be carried out by the Azerbaijani airline Buta Airways on Embraer aircraft. Departures from the Ufa air hub are scheduled twice a week on Thursdays at 23.35 local time and on Sundays at 12.50.

“In addition to develop a route network between the million-plus cities of the country, we continue to expand international destinations,” commented on Alexander Andreev, general director of the Ufa airport. “Today there is a demand for low-cost transportation. The national low-cost carrier of Azerbaijan will allow our passengers to expand the geography of their travels and purchase air tickets at affordable prices. ”

The cost of a one-way ticket starts from 29 euros (a little more than 2000 rubles). The “Budget” minimum fare offers baggage, hand luggage, hot meals on board, check-in at the airport, and the choice of a seat on the plane as paid options.
