Bashkiria children will go to Crimea for rest and recreation in late February and March

Children from Sibay, whose residents have been suffering from emissions of pollutants since the end of last year due to the fire in the quarry of the mining and processing plant, will go on holiday to the Crimea at the end of February and in March. The head of the republic Sergey Aksenov reported this to “Kryminform”.

“The first group of 250 children will arrive on February 20, and the second group of children will come on March 10, also 250 people. In Bashkortostan, there was a similar situation, as we had in Armyansk, with similar effects. Assistance is needed”, said Aksenov.

According to the head of the Crimea, the children will be directed to rehabilitation in Evpatoria and the South Coast. At the expense of the Republic of Bashkortostan, travel costs will be fully paid for - on trains to Krasnodar, and by buses from there.

The decision to accommodate 500 children from Bashkiria for rehabilitation was made during the visit of the Crimean delegation to Ufa.

As noted in the administration of Sibay, first of all, children residing in the territory adjacent to the sanitary protection zone and children in need of sanatorium treatment for medical reasons will be granted the health resort treatment.
