Radiy Khabirov: Sibay residents with just sneeze should receive medical care immediately

The Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov demanded t from Sibay’s medical management to determine the need for specialized medical staff at a meeting in Sibay City Hospital on the elimination of the effects of oxidative burning of copper ore at the mining plant.

The chief physician of the Sibay Central District Hospital reported that the staffing of the doctors there was sufficient, lacking only a pulmonologist and an allergist. Radiy Khabirov was not satisfied with this report and demanded a multiple increase in staffing so that the medical institution would work with a reserve rather than at the breaking point.

According to medical workers, the incidence increase in the city was not as high as it appeared on social networks.

Recall that in Sibay, a high alert is in effect since November last year. Strong air pollution occurred due to the oxidation of ore in the closed copper ore mine.

Sibay residents are recommended to stay inside, use respirators, gauze bandages, to rinse eyes, nose, and mouth with water, moisten the air in the room and drink more fluids.
