"Construction Hour": Bashkiria Head stressed importance of dialogue with housing equity holders

On January 14, Acting Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov held a meeting on construction issues in the "Construction Hour" format at the House of the Republic. The First Deputy Chairman of the Republican State Committee for Construction Grigory Nevostruev reported on the interim results of work on the construction of problem properties and on interaction with housing equity holders, the press service of the Head of the Bashkortostan Republic reports.

According to him, apartments in the houses commissioned at the end of 2018 are being transferred to owners. Since August last year, more than 500 deceived housing equity holders got legal advice. Representatives of the department inspected the construction of problem objects in “Milovsky Park” and “Novobulgakovo” residential complexes, held meetings with the participation of builders and real estate co-investors.

In accordance with the instructions of the Acting Head of the republic, financial and economic schemes are being worked out for completing the construction of problem houses.

The representative of the initiative group, Zulfiya Gaisina, informed about effective mechanism available for interaction between the relevant committee, developers and representatives of housing equity holders.

The head of Bashkiria underlined the significance of a meaningful dialogue of all parties to this process.

“You have created a system for communicating with equity holders, within which you can get answers to current questions. These meetings should be regular. According to their results, protocols should be approved, representatives of initiative groups should be briefed with them, and in the future - should report on them to equity holders”, said Radiy Khabirov.
