Plant operation polluting air in Sibay was suspended in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, bailiffs suspended the activities of “Sibaysky Zavod Burovyh Reagentov” LLC.

The court established that the industrial enterprise emitted tons of pollutants into the air without permission and became the source of an unpleasant smell of sulfur in the city. The atmospheric air sampling showed that carbon monoxide content in the plant emissions was exceeded by 4.1 times.

The plant executive manager is ordered to suspend the operation of stationary sources of emissions of harmful substances for a period of 90 days and take all necessary measures to eliminate violations, the press service of the Supreme Court informs.

The company is sealed by bailiffs. During the entire period of administrative suspension, bailiffs will exercise regular control over the execution of a court order by the plant, the bailiff service said.
